Drew D. Helms is an alumnus of Chapman University School of Law and U.C. Santa Barbara.  Practicing as an attorney since 2013, and working in the insurance defense field since 2005, Drew has broad experience in defending civil litigation clients.

Recently, Drew has focused primarily on defending premises liability cases for retail and hospitality clients.  His experience, however, includes automobile accidents, trucking accidents, product liability cases, dangerous condition of public property cases, habitability cases, and more.

The common thread between the cases is Drew's passion for the medical investigation necessary in defending all of these types of cases.  From soft-tissue injuries to traumatic brain injuries, Drew excels at distinguishing valid injury claims from fictitious or exaggerated injuries.

When he finds personal free time, Drew enjoys camping and scuba diving.
